The Effect of Foreign Influences on Regional Business Jodi,
Sam and I went to the Deaf Center in Cork and met a deaf woman. We learn
some new signs and talked about how the government programs work in Ireland.
She offered us a cup of tea and cookies.
I also found an Irish fingerspelling alphabet sheet there. Then we went to the St. Charles Fort and they have a cook out for lunch there.
Then we walked down to Kinsale it’s a beautiful peer area with a lot
of fishing. Foods there are pricey, so we walked around town looking for a
cheap place to eat. One of the boys I went with bought 12 cans of beers,
I can’t believe he can drink all of that in one day. I didn’t have any
myself that day.
We got
back to the hostel around 11pm.
